The Rawlett School, based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, has a strong and positive reputation locally based on a history of success. Prior to becoming an AET Academy the school was a specialist Sports College and we continue to use Olympic values, teamwork and leadership at all levels to drive improvements. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Subject Leader for Science to continue our journey to Outstanding based on our last successful Ofsted.  You will possess great energy and vision with an ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students.  You will be able to deliver lessons that will inspire all learners to succeed, and be highly motivated and innovative. You must have a strong teaching and learning focus, excellent subject knowledge and leadership  potential.
